Elders have oversignt of all the activities of the church. Each elder serves on the Session (meets monthly) and also on another council or committee. This group sets the direction and priorities of the congregation, and shares responsibility with the pastor for spiritual leadership of the congregation.
 
The Session consists of fifteen elected members who are responsible for the business and administration of the church. Each Session member is ordained as an Elder of the church and serves a three-year term. As a part of their responsibilities, Elder chairs work closely with one of the standing ministries of the church.
